Dear Parents 2011
On the sign-in desk you will find Kindy’s 2011 Mowing/Maintenance Roster. Each family is asked to carry out either a mow or maintenance job at Kindy grounds at least once during this year. If you are unable to mow and wish to carry out maintenance job, tick the Maintenance box and list the job. This can be selected from the General Maintenance list or ask Linda or Ann what they would like to be done at the time your roster date is due.
Your child’s name has been listed on the roster against a date that services are required.
Please note, Executive Committee members are exempt from this roster.
If any family is unable to carry out either of the duties on the nominated date, a swap can be arranged with another family or professional services can be acquired for a fee of $35.00.
If you prefer to pay for professional services, please tick the box on the roster and place your Cash payment in a Payment Envelope and place in the blue payment box by 31st March, 2011 so other arrangements can be made for that week.
